Rates

Tuition is due prior to care being provided. Contracts outline payments. All families must have credit/debit cards on file. Cards are run automatically on Fridays. We accept Visa, Discover, and Mastercard.  We will also accept checks, cash, money orders prior to your scheduled payment. We accept Title 20.

Full-time tuition is based on a 5-9.5 hour day, four or five days a week schedule, not to exceed 47.5 hours a week. Additional charge will be incurred for any time over 9.5 hours per day, for early arrival or late pickups past your contracted time. Additional charges are due with your next tuition payment. Should you require care beyond 9.5 hours per day (i.e. due to long commute to work), please discuss with management. There will be an additional amount added to your weekly tuition. Part-time tuition is based on scheduled hours on either a per-day basis not to exceed 9.5 hours or on a weekly basis not to exceed 4 hours per day for the Preschool & PreK morning program. Wraparound care (before and/or after care) for PreK Counts is also available as part-time weekly tuition.

Tuition will be charged if your child is absent due to illness, personal reasons, emergency, or an official closing of The Cuddle Zone Learning Center. If your child will be absent for three (3) consecutive weeks or more, you may request a temporary leave of absence. This request must be in writing and is at management’s discretion. If not approved by management, you will be responsible to pay your weekly tuition during the leave of absence.
